Ingredients
| 1 | head | Romaine lettuce |
| 1 | ea. | Parmesan tuille |
| 1 | ea. | Anchovy fillet |
| 0.65 | oz. | Croutons |
| 2 | oz. | Caesar dressing |
| 0.50 | oz. | Parmesan Reggiano (Grated) |
| Kosher Salt, black pepper to taste |
Preparation
- Cut the top and bottom of the lettuce
- Place the lettuce in a stainless steel bowl, add Caesar dressing, salt, pepper, croutons and grated Parmesan, toss well.
- Place lettuce on a cold plate (from bigger to smallest).
- Garnish with 1 anchovy fillet and 1 Parmesan tuille.
