Insalata Caesar

Ingredients

1 head Romaine lettuce
1 ea. Parmesan tuille
1 ea. Anchovy fillet
0.65 oz. Croutons
2 oz. Caesar dressing
0.50 oz. Parmesan Reggiano (Grated)
Kosher Salt, black pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut the top and bottom of the lettuce
  2. Place the lettuce in a stainless steel bowl, add Caesar dressing, salt, pepper, croutons and grated Parmesan, toss well.
  3. Place lettuce on a cold plate (from bigger to smallest).
  4. Garnish with 1 anchovy fillet and 1 Parmesan tuille.
