Ingredients
| 12 | oz. | Kurobuta pork chop |
| 4 | oz. | Marble potatoes |
| 2 | oz. | Roasted garlic, skin on |
| 4 | oz. | Broccolini |
| ½ | oz. | Olive oil |
| 2½ | oz. | Tomato olive salsa |
| Kosher salt, and black pepper to taste |
Preparation
- Rub pork chop on olive oil, salt and pepper. Place on hot grill and cook to preferred temperature.
- In a sauté pan add olive oil and roast marble potatoes with salt and pepper, add roasted garlic and blanched broccolini.
ASSEMBLY OF THE DISH
- Place potatoes, broccolini and garlic on the middle of plate, place pork chop on top and garnish with tomato olive salsa and a spring of rosemary.
