Preparation
- Slightly cut tops of garlic heads.
- Place them in a roasting pan. Add on top olive oil, thyme, bay leaves and water.
- Cover with parchment paper and aluminum foil.
- Place in oven for 45 minutes at 250°F, until garlic is soft and roasted with a slightly golden color.
- Let it cool down and squeeze garlic out with both hands, pushing out from bottom to top.
