Ingredients

4 c. Dijon mustard
3 c. Calabria peppers
1 c. Ground black pepper
2 tbsp. White sugar
6 c. Frantoio oil
6 c. Canola oil

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together with exception of the oils.
  2. Add oils little by little while blending with robot coupe stick.
