Ingredients
| Veal and pork meatballs | ||
| Mozzarella di Bufala | ||
| Local arugula | ||
| Plugra unsalted butter | ||
| Parmesano Reggiano, grated | ||
| Ciabatta bread | ||
| Salt, pepper, olive oil to taste |
Preparation
- Split meatballs in half and heat up on tomato sauce.
- Sliced ciabatta bread and spread butter in both sides, toast in oven or grill until golden brown.
- Place meatballs on top of bread and top with sliced mozzarella cheese
- Place sandwich in a pan. Melt cheese in a hot salamander.
- Drizzle Arugula with olive oil, salt and pepper; add it to sandwich. Grate fresh parmesan on top and close with the other slice of ciabatta.
