Ingredients
| 3 | oz. | Silk Handkerchief Dough |
| 2 | oz. | Pesto Sauce |
| 1 | oz. | Parmesan Cheese |
| ½ | oz. | Pecorino Romano |
| ¼ | oz. | Unsalted Butter “Plugra” |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
| 2 | oz. | Pasta Water (from pre-cooked pastas) |
Preparation
- Cook Fresh handkerchief pasta sheets in hot salted boiling water.
- Place pesto sauce in a pan over medium heat with pasta water, and butter.
- Add the hot handkerchiefs over sauce, finish it with parmesan cheese. Toss over pasta to coat with sauce.
- Serve in hot a hot plate.
